Document Controller – Procore Experience Required

A leading UK-based construction and project delivery specialist is currently seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their growing team in London.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a high-performing business delivering complex, high-value projects across the built environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project teams through effective document management, control processes, and stakeholder coordination.
This position is fully office-based and requires strong experience using Procore to manage project documentation and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full document control process across live construction projects
Administer and maintain the project Procore system, ensuring all documentation is correctly uploaded, tracked, and distributed
Control drawing registers, transmittals, RFIs, and revision tracking
Ensure project information is issued, received, reviewed, and stored in line with internal procedures
Support design, commercial, and site teams with timely access to the latest documentation
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and client teams to ensure document compliance
Assist with close-out documentation, including O&M manuals and handover packs
Promote best practice information management and document control standards across the project
Requirements
Proven experience as a Document Controller within construction or engineering environments
Strong Procore experience is essential
Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDE) and EDMS systems
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator, able to work across multidisciplinary teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
